How do I know if my image is good enough?
Because most of the jewellery is so small, even a screen shot is good enough. If there are any issues we will always contact you before going ahead.
Will you make my image look ‘better’?
We automatically enhance customers images FREE. When we produce them, we print 8 variations in brightness and contrast and pick the best to be used. We also crop the images so they look their best once in the jewellery.
What kind of image should I be using?
Try to pick images with no more than 2 faces. The closer these faces are the better. Above is an example of what is good and bad.
But I don’t want you to crop my picture?
If you do not wish us to enhance your images for you, please make a note of this on the checkout page. We can then contact you if there are any issues.
How do you enhance my images?
We adjust brightness and contrast to make them look their best. We then crop them down, because the jewellery is so small, if we didn’t you wouldn’t see much in the picture!
What about screen shots & Facebook images?
Screen shots & Facebook images are fine. Because the jewellery is small, no quality is lost through using a small image. Any problems, we’ll always contact you.
I only have a print of the picture I want to use?
In this instance, if you have the right to, a good quality picture of the print should do. (We would tell you if it wasn’t). Alternatively, you can arrange to send a print to us where we can produce a digital copy from it professionally.
My image isn’t uploading? / Browse button doesn’t work?
